WE ARE SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!! Also I just wanted to add, I never had nightmares until I became happy in life and then all of a sudden nightmares.... My therapist said it's because with my anxiety I can't imagine my dreams coming true so my brain started having nightmares because it's so used to bad things happening. 😅tough to explain in message but I wanted to share my experience to try and help ❤ you are amazing and help my anxiety so much ❤

You can make a starter with just flour and water! Check out preppy kitchen, he has a great recipe and instructions! I’ve been making my own sourdough for over a year. I followed his method to get started 😊
